For clubs to become qualified each year, they need to:
- Agree to the club qualification MOU (the club's president and president-elect must sign)
- Send at least one member to the grant management seminar
Additionally, club members must have contributed to The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund in the previous year and club must be in good standing with the District and R.I.

Access to the District grant application tool requires Rotarians to log in to DACdb. To apply for a District grant click on the Grants tab and follow the steps described in the following Club Qualification Training slides. Applications and final reports must be submitted through the grant application tool. Paper based applications/reports will not be accepted.
